Everything you need to know.

Questions about setting up a darts league, pricing, features, or how it all works. Can't find the answer? Ask us directly.

Yes. The Local Club plan is free forever with no credit card required. It includes one league, one cup, and up to 10 league players — enough to run a full pub darts season. You only need to upgrade if you manage multiple leagues, need unlimited players, or want the live match centre and advanced stats.

FixtureHQ supports any sport that can be modelled as fixtures with scores, standings, and statistics. This includes darts, pool, snooker, esports, table tennis, and 15+ other sports. Darts is our primary focus: we support 501, 301, Cricket, and every common darts format, plus detailed stats like 180s, nine-darters, checkouts, and ton-plus finishes.

Yes — FixtureHQ was built with pub darts leagues in mind. You can create a league, add your teams, generate a round-robin fixture list, and have players enter live leg-by-leg scores from their phones on match night. Standings update automatically. No spreadsheets, no WhatsApp arguments.

When you configure a darts league format, you can enable stat tracking including 180s, ton-plus scores, maximum checkouts, nine-darters, and bullseye finishes. Players or scorers log them leg-by-leg during a live match, and they roll up automatically onto each player's profile and the league leaderboard.

The free Local Club plan supports up to 10 league players. There is no player limit on the Pro Association plan (£29/month).

A league runs across a full season: teams or players play everyone else in a round-robin fixture list, and standings accumulate over time. A cup is a knockout tournament: teams are drawn into a bracket and eliminated until one winner remains. FixtureHQ supports both simultaneously — you can run a season league alongside a cup knockout in the same organisation.

Yes. FixtureHQ is a fully responsive web application. Players and scorers use it from their phones on match night to enter live scores. No app download is required — it works in any modern browser on iOS and Android.

Yes. You can share a live match link with both players or teams so they can enter scores from their own devices. Each player confirms the result, and the match is locked once both sides agree. If results are disputed, league admins can override.

Once you add teams or players to a season, FixtureHQ automatically generates a round-robin fixture schedule. You can configure the number of legs, whether each team plays home and away, the number of rounds, and how ties are broken. Fixtures can also be manually edited if you need specific match-ups or dates.

Yes. You can configure match formats that allow pairs, so two players compete together as a unit against another pair. Stats for doubles players are tracked individually.

Both sides (players or team captains) must confirm a result before it is locked. If they disagree, the match enters a disputed state and notifies the league admin, who can review and override the result.

Yes. You can search for registered users or enter an email address to invite someone who hasn't signed up yet. They receive an invitation email with a link that takes them straight to registration, and they're automatically added to your team once they sign up.

The free Local Club plan supports one league with up to 10 league players. The Pro Association plan has no limits on teams, players, leagues, or cups.

Yes, on the Pro Association plan you can create and manage unlimited leagues and cups from a single account. The free plan is limited to one league.

When you create a cup, you add entrants (teams or individual players), configure the bracket format (single elimination, double elimination, or round-robin groups), and FixtureHQ draws the bracket automatically. You can seed players, configure byes, and manage preliminary rounds. Results update the bracket in real time.

Players need a free account to appear on standings, track their own stats, and enter match scores. Guest players can be added to a team on the Pro plan without requiring them to register — useful for last-minute stand-ins.

The Pro Association plan (£29/month, cancel anytime) is for organisers who manage multiple leagues or cups, need more than 10 players, want live match centre with leg-by-leg score entry, advanced darts stats (180s, nine-darters, checkouts), or guest players. Most single pub darts leagues run comfortably on the free plan.

Create a free account, then create your first league. Add your teams, configure your match format (legs, scoring, stats), invite your players, and generate a fixture list. Your first season can be live in under 10 minutes. No payment details required.
