Common questions about the free plan.
Yes. The free plan is £0 forever — no credit card required, no trial period that expires. It includes 1 league with up to 10 players in a season and 1 knockout cup for up to 8, with round-robin fixtures, manual score entry, standings, and a public league page.
There isn't one. The free plan is intentionally generous enough to run a full pub, club, or community league season. You only need to consider Pro if you outgrow the limits — running more than one league, needing more than 10 players in a league, or wanting live score entry and stats.
Nothing breaks. You'll be prompted to upgrade if you try to add an 11th team, a second league, or a second cup. Your existing league, fixtures, and history are never deleted or locked.
The free plan covers one league and one cup. Organising multiple leagues or cups — for example, separate divisions run as separate leagues, or a league plus a knockout cup beyond the included one — is available on a paid package — check the pricing page for details.
No. Pricing is per organiser, not per player. Every player, team admin, and guest uses Leagues for free regardless of which plan the league organiser is on.
Paid packages raise the league and cup limits and add automatic bracket generation, the live match centre for leg/frame-by-frame score entry, guest player tracking, roster lock controls, and player averages and stats. Check the pricing page for what is currently available.
No. The free plan does not expire and never asks for payment details, so there is nothing to cancel and no loss of data if you never upgrade.
Yes, at any time. Your leagues, fixtures, results, and stats stay exactly where they are — you'll just be limited to the free plan's 1 league of 10 players and 1 cup of 8 going forward.
