Venues
A venue is a place matches are played, with its boards, tables, pitches or courts. Venues belong either to a league or cup, or to you as the person who runs the place.
A league's or cup's own venues
On the Venues page of a league's or cup's admin panel, add the places it plays and what's in each one. These are private to that competition. For a league, give each team its home board on Venue assignments; see Divisions, venues and match nights.
Your own venues
Run a pub, club or hall that several competitions use? Add it once under My venues (at /venues), along with its playing areas. Changes you make apply to every competition that uses it, and their admins can't edit it.
Make it available to others and it appears in the Venue directory.
The venue directory
The Venue directory lists venues their owners have shared. Open it with Browse directory on a league's Venues page. Filter by postcode area, sport or type of board or table. A league admin can choose a venue there and ask to use some of its playing areas.
Answering requests
As a venue's owner, open it from My venues and go to Access requests. Approve all of a request or just part of it, set the terms and the date it starts, or decline it. Fixtures are only scheduled at a shared venue once its owner has approved, and if access ends, the league's admins are told about any fixtures already booked there.
Days a venue can't be used
Record dates a venue is closed (a private function, a bank holiday) and no fixtures are put there on those days.
